Maybe one day I will try a submission, but right now I have a good friend of mine going through the process right now... exciting stuff from Michigan!

For people interested in making games for the Xbox 360, it might also be worthwhile to take a look at XNA. I've never worked with it personally, but it sounds fairly interesting.
