Well, as predicted, the bill was found to be unconstitutional!
It appears that Granholm is going to now appeal the decision, yet again more tax payer dollars. My family is generally mostly Democrats and I lean towards that side of the political spectrum, although I am more towards the center than my parents. Looks like I will be voting the other way this time around.
Of course I refuse to vote for the republican candidate, Dick 'billionaire' whatever his last name is. Sure, like he is in touch with middle class americans.
